  Customer service is below average, I just take my money to Saticoy where I’m treated with respect. This location is only good if you’re dropping off and don’t need help.

  Location is frequently closed 30 minutes early. Went today at 2:25 and they were already closed up. Store sign and website says open till 3

  Honestly I wouldn't come back again on the door and online it claims to close at 3:00 pm I arrived at 2:45 pm to it closed and honestly it looked like no one was even there I called thinking maybe it was because of an issue with something to it going straight to voicemail honestly horrible service wouldn't come back again it's honestly ridiculous

  SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! I dropped off a package here almost two weeks ago and the tracking never updated. My package never got scanned into the system by their careless staff. I went back to ask about my package and the employee said that there’s nothing they could do about it. I will never use this UPS location again. Now I’m out a sale AND a product. Since they have somebody replying to all of our negative comments, why not actually fix the problems!
