  On July 25th, 2026, I came at 9, the posted hour of opening. I and several other people waited, but nobody showed up. I came back at 9:35 and the place was still closed. I called, but the voicemail would not accept any messages. What is going on with this business? I feel like I should be reimbursed not only for the time wasted, but for the gasoline to drive from my home to this place and back.

  Staff is usually pretty friendly but they constantly open late. On 3 different occassions they open over an hour late. Store hours say @8am but I am @8:56 still waiting. Santa Paula location needs to do better.

  Honestly I wouldn't come back again on the door and online it claims to close at 3:00 pm I arrived at 2:45 pm to it closed and honestly it looked like no one was even there I called thinking maybe it was because of an issue with something to it going straight to voicemail honestly horrible service wouldn't come back again it's honestly ridiculous
