    Too lazy to make a drink for a delivery order. Pretty sure they get paid to prepare the order and the DoorDash or gets paid to deliver the order. Delivery drivers don’t have to take a California food handler safety course and Doan don’t have time or availability to wash their hands before and after they touch every single order like employees do. Delivery drivers get paid by the order not by the hour like the employees at Wingstop I mean, how lazy do you have to be to not make the drink? People who order Wingstop usually don’t tip or tip very little so we’re already on a short timeline to be able to hit minimum wage if we’re extremely lucky with Wingstop orders.

    Bought 10 pc classic for $16 couldn’t even get a sauce with it, was meet with a disgruntled manager. Did I end up paying for the sauce yes because I need it for the dry rub right. If someone gets more than a 5 piece a sauce should definitely Come with it normal does

    I usually don’t write reviews, but what I witnessed and personally experienced at this Wingstop location was bad enough that others need to know before visiting. From the moment I walked in, the vibe from the staff was unwelcoming. At one point I overheard employees in the back openly mocking customers loud enough that people in the dining area could hear it. It was unprofessional and honestly shocking. It didn’t stop there. I was also on the receiving end of rude, dismissive behavior from the staff when placing my order. No basic courtesy, no customer service just attitude. And I wasn’t the only one. I watched another customer get treated the same way, which made it clear this isn’t a one-off thing it’s the culture at this location. The food might be fine, but no meal is worth being disrespected. Management seriously needs to address how their team speaks to and about the people keeping their business open. Until something changes, I won’t be returning and I’d caution others to think twice before visiting this location
