  Nice staff. Owner yelled “this is not a hallway”when going through and getting a box from my car to then return. Tried to give him feedback to say this kindly and he then made excuses he says this all day. I frequent this UPS store and will no longer bring my business here with how the voice and tone he had with me upon entering store.

  As long as UPS parks their trucks in front of my house and in pur neighborhood beeping from anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour at a time, I’ll keep using FedEx and USPS. Why UPS thought it’s a smart idea to beep incessantly as if it’s your own warehouse in our neighborhoods is beyond me.Just beeping and beeping and beeping. I’ll use anybody but UPS.
