    I always appreciate the help I get shipping items. The staff are welcoming and I appreciate that there is typically no line! The last three times they created boxes to just fit what I was sending ups!

    Nice staff. Owner yelled “this is not a hallway”when going through and getting a box from my car to then return. Tried to give him feedback to say this kindly and he then made excuses he says this all day. I frequent this UPS store and will no longer bring my business here with how the voice and tone he had with me upon entering store.
