  I love the UPS Store on Wilshire & 14th in Santa Monica. Robert & the employees in his store have the best customer service & the best "can-do" attitude. I live by LAX, but will travel to the Santa Monica store because I know my needs will be met & I will receive the best customer service. In my opinion there's no better manager than Robert & I'm so thankful for his attentiveness,respect & excellent care. He goes above & beyond, & I couldn't be more grateful.

  Every time employee at this store provides excellent customer service. I had just purchased a mailbox there a couple weeks earlier. When I walked into the store to check my mailbox on the employees greet me by my name. It is always well staffed with employees who are all skilled at what they do, thus quickly getting customers in and out. They also have two notaries so there’s always one available able with little or no waiting.
