    Extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating staff who go out of their way to nickel and dime you on anything they can. Never seen such poor service at any other UPS or FedEx locations.

    The male manager at this store will waste your time, verbally accost you, and try to pull a fast one by miscalculating and overcharging you. Save yourself the time and headache and take your business elsewhere.

    The worker tried to charge me $5 to put ONE PIECE of tape on 2 boxes… Ended up buying tape to just do it myself while the worker stood there and watched me struggle without offering any help. Actually shocked at his level of incompetence. Oh and they charge $7 for a roll of tape; every other local spot charges $4.
