  I’ve used this UPS drop off store several times I work in this area and so it’s very convenient for me. Every time I come in here, there’s a female and a male working, and both of them are not friendly. They’re very rude and short with you. They tell you that if you don’t have a box that you have to pay for it and all kinds of stuff which is not true because The return information from Amazon says no box necessary so all they have to do is scan the barcode and anyway I don’t believe I’m gonna be coming back here. I’ll find another UPS store that is happy to have my business. Like today, I asked for a piece of tape to secure the bag that my package went in cause I went through the kiosk and he told me I didn’t need any tape that it wasn’t gonna fall out of the bag and that was not my point. My point was the end was opened still somewhat, and I didn’t want to get caught on something and ripped the bag open, he didn’t think it was important so I left it as is. Rude employees. 👎🏻

  This, place is WONDERFUL!! Was going to another, UPS,STORE. They were so, rude and not helpful. Went to this store and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Sang, is the best. Always, so very helpful. Knowledgeable, patient. CRYSTAL, is my, go too!! Such a sweet helpful person. I do all my, " stuff", there. Go, there, you will see and return, many times. Very, efficient. Thank you 😊

  We had an issue with a package for which I was trying to find a solution, but Robert, who is the manager had a terrible attitude. I kept trying to explain to him the situation and he kept interrupting me, then accused me that I was the one interrupting him. Just bad customer service. I should have looked at this store’s 3.2 rating, that was my bad.
