This, place is WONDERFUL!! Was going to another, UPS,STORE. They were so, rude and not helpful. Went to this store and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Sang, is the best. Always, so very helpful. Knowledgeable, patient. CRYSTAL, is my, go too!! Such a sweet helpful person. I do all my, " stuff", there. Go, there, you will see and return, many times. Very, efficient. Thank you 😊

We had an issue with a package for which I was trying to find a solution, but Robert, who is the manager had a terrible attitude. I kept trying to explain to him the situation and he kept interrupting me, then accused me that I was the one interrupting him. Just bad customer service. I should have looked at this store’s 3.2 rating, that was my bad.

I walked in the store with 2 big heavy Amazon packages. No one in the store except me and that bold guy name ROBERT. I place my two boxes on counter and he said can you please pick up your boxes and wait over there. I told him there is no one in the store except both of us, why do you want me to stand in a line with this two heavy box. Then he gave me a look and said I am not clear, what I just sad. I asked dude whats your problem??? And then he said just leave the store???? Seriously!?????

This UPS store has the worst customer service in town. Yesterday I went to drop off an Amazon return package. But i had ran out of tape to stick the label on the box. I scanned the label at the kiosk and walked over to the man standing behind the register and asked if I could have some tape for the label because I had ran out. He told me in a rude way that I need to bring in the package ready to be shipped. I told him that I would buy the tape because I needed a little bit to tape the label. The girl with the long curly hair who was helping another customer told him it was just tape and would tape it for me. So I handed my box with the label to the girl, she took my box and placed my label on top of the box and said she will tape it later. I left with an unsettling feeling like I should have taped it myself to ensure the label didn't get lost. Today, I went back to make sure my box had been shipped because I had not seen tracking updates. The girl with the long curly hair was there, so I asked her but she didn't even remember me or the incident about the tape. She said she doesnt know or didnt remember and the box is no longer there. Thankfully, an hour later, I saw tracking updates. I don't think I'll ever go back to that store again. And based on all the reviews here I'm not the only person with a bad experience.
