  This shipping center is the absolute worst in customer service. I was to receive a package on 31 Dec. I gave detailed instructions to the Fedex office in Santa Maria along with a phone number. It did not arrive and when I tracked it on Tues I was told it was undeliverable and was returned to sender. I re-ordered another replacement from the shipper on 2 Jan after they also determined that the package had been sent back to them. Then the original package showed up in the late evening. I called and told them to pick it back up and return it and they refused until I jump thru hoops with the shipper to get another label. I will NEVER use Fedex again.
