  I had the worst experience here!! When your talking to a supervisor and they can't explain what's the best phone to upgrade to and just stands there, he then charged me twice for my bill. I went in the next day and showed them my bank account had two withdrawals he said there was nothing he could do. I asked him to call someone and he said I had to fix his mistake and this is a supervisor. So just be careful going here and check your accounts so you dont get charged twice and have to sit on hold trying to fix his mistake. Thanks for the worst customer service ever. His name was Kenneth Delgado
