  I went in on a Tuesday there was 2 female workers who were very rude when I asked about a live scan they were lazy and didn't want to do any work because closing time was In an hour one of them was very ratchet and unprofessional (w bad hygiene) i would never go back to this location for any business EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME there is a ups store in Whittier a few min away that is very helpful and professional ..they deserve zero stars

  Online shows this location closes at 3pm on Sunday, but they close at 12p. Got here at 11:48 forgot my label at home told them I’d be right back(live 3 mins away) made it back as the time changed to 12 but the door was already locked and the security gate down.

  You couldn’t have a better experience at UPS. We had to ship something very big and very last minute back to Canada while we were on vacation - the whole staff were incredible with helping us figure out the boxes we needed to helping us with tape and scissors, they let us use their dumpster to get rid of extra stuff and then helped us decide which was the best economical rate for us with how big and heavy the items were. Just all round wonderful friendly service - it makes such a difference when you’re not used to shipping things from a different country and everyone was so lovely and helpful. 11/10 would recommend
