  slow and iterative, would not go if I was in a rush... bro printed multiple pages without asking me if double sided was cool; maybe they have sales targets they have to reach?

  I’ve used this location for shipping probably 50 times or more over the past few years... every single time I am SO extremely impressed with their customer service that I walk out and think to myself, “I need to post a review!” or while there feel the need to tell the employee to please let their manager know they are doing an exquisite job! I never do because I don’t want to come across as creepy, but this location needs to know they really do stand out amongst any shipping service available. The only minor inconvenience I’ve ever had here is that the parking lot is very tight and busy as it is shared with Safeway (obviously not their fault). In general I am someone who dreads running errands because of the inefficiency of it and the generally poorer level of customer service at most places—so, the fact that a UPS store is consistently such a pleasant experience is quite amazing. Hats off to whoever the manager is here as they’ve done a great job in making sure all their employees are very well trained, deliver exceptional customer service, and also seem happy to be there.

  Can’t say enough about the UPS Santa Cruz store on the westside. Jake, took my concerns seriously and track down my last package that was making the rounds across the country to New York State and back several times before it was located. After a negative experience on the phone, with a call center, I was thrilled to receive my package within a week. Jake was honest, direct and compassionate, acknowledging my frustration and a good human being all around! Great customer service!
