  They rarely let me actually use my coupons and instead of informing me that they don't scan the employees just process the payment. I haven't been able to get 2 BOGOs because they ring up 2 subs and don't let me know that my scanned code didn't work after I scanned. Overall uninterested and just not a good experience anytime.

  Their tea/coffee machine is broken, but they have poppi soda now, and it could be a part of the meal of the day deal with no extra cost. I think the current rate is a bit low. They never messed up my sandwich, the lady there even know my name. In general, it's one of the most affordable food shop here in santa cruz where you can get a meal with 10$, brought a lot of convince to my college life

  Last time I went there only one person was working and she didn’t speak a word of English. She literally understood nothing. Luckily the guy behind me in line finally decided to help me translate to Spanish but I’ll never come here again. I don’t understand how you hire someone for a job that requires you to speak to customers in the U.S. when they can’t even speak English.

  Server never took my order. Ignored me. For 10 minutes. I left. Video taped her just asking her to apologize and it’s ok. She then took my ca license so now I’m scared of retaliation
