I’m really disappointed with this location. I ordered the Meal for 2 and paid extra for an additional ranch and an extra order of veggie sticks, but neither of those items was included in my order. This is the second time this has happened at this location, and it’s becoming very frustrating.
If customers are paying extra for add-ons, they should receive everything they paid for. Mistakes happen, but having the same issue more than once shows a lack of attention to detail. I hope management addresses this because it’s disappointing to keep paying for items that never make it into the bag.

This particular Wingstop establishment consistently fails to meet acceptable service standards. As a frequent patron, I have observed a significant decline in the quality of service, which appears to coincide with the tenure of the current manager. This individual exhibits unprofessional conduct, frequently engaging in disputes with customers, even when the errors originate from the establishment.
On a recent occasion, I attempted to utilize coupons, which the manager refused to honor, citing a lack of system integration. This demonstrates a disregard for customer loyalty and the financial contributions that sustain the business.
My most recent experience was particularly egregious. After multiple attempts to contact the establishment by phone, I was eventually informed that only online orders were being accepted, and the call was abruptly terminated. This lack of courtesy prompted me to visit the location in person. Upon attempting to place an order exceeding $60, I presented a $100 bill, which the manager declined to accept, citing a policy against large denominations. This level of inconvenience and disrespect is unacceptable.
I urge Wingstop to address the conduct of this manager. His behavior is detrimental to customer relations and reflects poorly on the brand. Re-training on customer service protocols is strongly recommended.

We are regulars at this Wingstop and spend significant money here. On Friday, May 29th at approximately 8:10 PM we placed a nearly $100 online order for our family. Before leaving the counter we checked our order and discovered our ranch was missing. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, the manager Ahmed informed us that when you order ranch through the Wingstop app it does not transmit to the store on their end, even though it shows as selected and paid on the customer side of the app. Rather than making it right, he demanded I produce a receipt as proof while I was still standing right there at the counter. When I provided that proof, he still refused. He then demanded we pay for the ranch again at the counter, requiring us to pay twice for something we already purchased through their own app. He then suggested we personally contact the app developers to fix the issue.
He then proceeded to loud talk and berate me in front of a full lobby of waiting customers. No professionalism. No attempt to make it right. Nothing.
I asked him point blank if he was willing to lose a loyal customer over $1.49. His answer was yes. I asked to speak to a manager. He informed me that he was the manager. I asked for the owner. He told me the owner was not present. His exact words were that he was not going to get fired over giving a customer ranch dressing, as if doing his job and making a $100 customer whole was somehow a fireable offense.
We took our one bag and walked to the car. My husband immediately noticed that half of our order was missing. Thank God we had not driven all the way home. We looked in the bag and only half of our order was there. We immediately walked back into the store. Ahmed continued to argue with us again, insisting that our complete order was in the bag. The bag itself clearly stated one of two bags for our order. We pulled everything out of the one bag he gave us. He even opened up our food insisting it was all there. My husband kept showing him the receipt and pointing to the bag clearly marked one of two. Ahmed finally turned around and looked behind him at the silver pickup shelf and sure enough, bag two of our entire order was sitting right there the whole time.
This is not a complaint about ranch dressing. This is a complaint about a manager who is hostile, dismissive, and completely unwilling to resolve a simple issue for a loyal, high-spending customer. He gave us an incomplete order, argued with us about it, opened our food, and then turned around to find the missing bag sitting on his own shelf the entire time. Corporate needs to be aware that this individual is actively driving customers away and doing so with zero remorse.
I have filed a formal complaint with Wingstop corporate. I have also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have posted this experience across every platform and all of my social media. I am also sharing it with my neighbors and community in Santa Clarita. A manager who is willing to publicly humiliate a loyal customer in front of other guests over a $1.49 item while they are still standing at the counter is a serious liability to your brand and your reputation. I hope Wingstop takes swift action to address this before more customers are treated this way.
Important warning: if you order online at this location your ranch and potentially other add on items may not be transmitting to the store even though you are being charged for them. Speak up about it and this is how you will be treated.
We will not be returning until this is addressed. And we are not looking for an automated AI response either!

They refused to honor our daughters voucher that was given to her by the local middle school, made an excuse about it no longer being in the system even though it didn't expire for a month. Wouldn't offer any kind of coupon or discount in compensation. There was a other parent here with the same coupon and they wouldn't take it. Pretty disheartening honestly, first time we've been here. Ordered a meal anyways but it will be our last.
