  I ordered food for my girlfriend and they wouldn't let her have it even though it was under her name...They asked for a photo of my id and card for a $20 order...

  My goat. Our broke ahhs were splitting a 5pc tender combo and we found out later that we got 6 tenders. Wingstop my goat. Guy also gave us 2 forks and a knife so we could split easily even tho we didn’t ask. Upstanding citizen at work 10/10. Will come back soon.

  Denied prepaid food & asked to violate privacy/security protocols I ordered food through the official Wingstop app and verified the purchase by showing the digital receipt on my phone. Despite this, the staff refused to hand over the order unless I provided a photo of my husband's ID and his physical credit card. Requiring customers to photograph and transmit sensitive financial documents just to pick up a prepaid order is a massive privacy risk and likely violates PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards regarding the handling of cardholder data. I had the receipt and the order number. Holding the food hostage for personal data is unacceptable business practice. Corporate needs to retrain this staff immediately.

  Ordered take out. Used Capital One virtual card number (C1 safety feature) to purchase and was accused of credit card fraud by staff because there isnt a physical card. Still accused of credit card fraud despite showing drivers license and credit cards with same name. If anything it is them pushing for a copy of YOUR information.
