  I was a bit wary coming to this location based off the girl that helped me on the phone (not nice and very snippy) but when I got to the FedEx, I was greeted and welcomed by the amazing Tammy. She helped me with a smile on her face the entire time, even when the scanner wasn’t working and she made sure that I got what I needed done. We need more people like Tammy! Amazing customer service! Obviously, this was an entirely different girl than who I spoke with all the phone. Whoever I spoke with on the phone needs lessons from Tammy!

  Martin is the most helpful person! He has so much patience! Helped me with multiple passport photos that I kept messing up! Just so cheerful and after having a pretty long day it was great to get awesome service and a helpful hand. Love this FedEx location. Always efficient and pleasant.

  Great location and very helpful staff! Trust me, I've been to my fair share of FedEx locations from Culver city to Santa Clarita. This one is definitely my favorite!
