  There are no vegetarian food options available at the store, as all food and seasonings are non-vegetarian. Customers are often asked to wait30–45 minutes even when there’s no queue, and they’re still told more waiting time is needed. The staff member on duty behaves unprofessionally, lacks basic communication skills, and speaks rudely to customers, which creates an unpleasant experience. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store. Hopefully, management will address these concerns, improve staff behavior, and ensure waiting times are communicated honestly and accurately to customers.

  Mario helped me out when my app would not let me order online and he made sure I was taken care of quickly with no issues! He deserves a raise ASAP!!
