  They charge for a service they refuse to provide. Avoid! This is the most unprofessional and dishonest business I’ve encountered. I had a package sent here and was prepared to pay their $10–$15 per-package receiving fee, yet the staff treated me like I was asking for a free handout while repeatedly lying to my face. I came to this store four times to find my package with tracking showed was delivered to this store and was confirmed by the shipper and carrier. Every single time, they were dismissive and lazy. Despite FedEx confirming delivery and a manager (Christina) reportedly signing for it, they refused to actually check the shelves. I specifically asked them to check my name and my maiden names which sometimes I used to order online, and the manager told me "we don't have anything" without even moving from her spot. On my fourth visit—after a staff member named Tracy had finally confirmed the package was there—the clerk initially told me they had no package and that "no one named Tracy works here." Only after I refused to leave and showed email proof did a staff member (who had just lied and said it wasn't there) suddenly "find" it sitting right on the shelf in plain sight. It is absurd to charge customers a premium fee for package handling when the staff is too lazy to look at a shelf and too rude to provide basic service. They are dishonest and treat paying customers with total contempt. Avoid this location.

  Do Not Visit this UPS location for notary services. I had a terrible experience with a middle-aged female employee who was both incredibly rude and incompetent. She refused to notarize my document without even looking at it, claiming she needed to see other pages—even though I explained those were just separate guidelines. Most alarmingly, she told me to erase the page numbers so she could sign it. Suggesting a customer alter a legal document is not only unprofessional but also dangerous and potentially illegal. It is clear she has no understanding of notary laws or basic customer service. I went to another UPS branch afterward, and the staff there was excellent and handled everything perfectly. (Please go to UPS at Stevens Creek blvd, they are really professional and kind) Frankly, if this branch wants to improve, you need to get rid of employees like her who ignore customers and provide incorrect, risky advice. She is a liability to your business.
