  What a completely different experience today at The UPS Store! A young lady named Tracy was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcomed. She asked what I needed help with and patiently answered all of my questions regarding tracking my return. It’s amazing how much of a difference great customer service can make. Tracy was kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping her customers. Because of the excellent service I received today, I will be making this my permanent location for all of my returns and shipping needs! Thank you, Tracy, for clearly caring about your customers and making my experience such a positive one. You’re a true asset to this location!

  This location is excellent! I have returned a heavy package through UPS Sunday. 1st Santa Clara UPS at Mission Blvd is impossible to find it. It shared the building with the Marriott hotel. No way I can move heavy box to there and also pay $15 for parking, of course, i gave up. The 2nd UPS Santa Clara at Homestead Rd. The car can park in front of the store. It is so easy to move the box in. The employee is very efficient and friendly. Thank you!

  5 stars to the lovely girl with awesome hair!I visited a few days ago and she was the only one at the desk and helped me and the people in front with speed and kindness.

  Given a choice I would go somewhere else. The staff is not at all helpful and keep pushing random charges.
