Service is too bad. There were two 2 people. Men and women, looks like old people. They won’t even listen to what we want. Service is too bad.
I use apps for all my ordering. I cashed in a reward for a 1 foot, then went to pickup. When I got there the couple said they canceled my reward and I can only order in person. I was like what? I also paid for 1 cookie, so showed my charge and immediately the man said I’m voiding your order and insisted I only order in person and not use my app. Fortunately the lady honored my order, but not without problems.
We’ve had similar orders in the past where the couple, especially the man, will not make the correct order and argues. I will start going to a different Subway, since it’s constant issues at this location. It’s too bad, since this location is so much more convenient.

The staff can’t understand English.
The service and the food was good! My daughter really enjoyed the free cookie that was given by the owner couples.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location.
I ordered two footlong roast beef sandwiches. The owner told me they were out of roast beef and asked me to switch to another option. I was understanding and said that was fine, and that Philly steak would work instead.
A little later, however, she brought out more roast beef, and there was clearly enough to make both of the sandwiches I originally ordered. I told her that if they had the meat available, they should make the roast beef sandwiches I asked for in the first place. She responded by saying there was not enough meat. I said that if inventory was running low, that was something they should manage with their supplier rather than changing my order after the fact.
Then another male employee came out very angrily, scooped up some Philly steak with a spoon, and aggressively said that it was “all beef anyway,” basically telling me to take it or leave it. He then tried to cancel my order and told me to go order from another store. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. They only stopped once I took out my phone and started recording.
I understand that inventory issues happen, but there is no excuse for treating a customer this way. I was polite and reasonable from the beginning. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
