  I didn't buy anything but the super tall lady here with blonde hair and black pantyhose and ankle black heels was super friendly and interactive, Maybe i might see her again when i come back.

  They are very good till you decide to buy. After making the payment, they ignore you immediately, smiles are gone. In the next fraction of second, they will divert to another customer. Not going there again.

  I purchased a handbag from Michael Kors with high expectations for quality. However, after just two uses, the handles began to peel off. Despite taking the bag to the Michael Kors store for repair, it spent over six months there with no progress. The first time I left it with them for three months, I received it back untouched. Upon requesting another repair, they kept my bag for an additional three months, only to return it in the same damaged condition as before. The staff made no effort to resolve the issue and offered a replacement only if I paid the full price of a new item, minus the sale price of my original bag. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and accountability from Michael Kors. The brand's failure to repair my bag despite having it for an extended period and their costly replacement offer has left me unsatisfied. This experience does not align with the luxury reputation that Michael Kors claims to uphold. I expected better from Michael Kors and would caution others to be wary of their after-sales service and product longevity. The lack of effort to resolve the issue and the inconvenience and additional cost imposed on me have tarnished my perception of the brand.
