  I am a long-time Allstate customer who was routed to Kevin Love's practice about a year ago. Insurance is one of those things that you never want to think about too much, but I am consistently impressed with the professionalism, consistency, and responsiveness that I have experienced with the folks in this particular office. I am especially grateful for the care that Jennifer Harlow provides. Anytime I have a question about my coverage or a change to my policy, I know that I will get an answer quickly and my issue will be addressed efficiently and effectively. In a recent example, I reached out to another firm about an insurance offering that I didn't think Allstate would offer. They initiated inquiries and the quote process, but then I contacted Jennifer the next day, and she was able to secure a quote and execute the contract before the other firm has even responded with the estimate. Wow! Thank you to everyone here and keep up the good work!
