Best Fendi store I’ve ever been to. Actually one of the best luxury stores in the mall. The staff is excellent and so is the manager, Danah. We work with Emory all the time and they always make it a wonderful shopping experience for us every single time.

12/10 shopping experience! This was my first time ever walking into a Fendi after doing extensive online research. I've been trying to find an evening bag large enough to fit two phones, a long wallet, and a power bank, and Maiya showed me a bunch of options, all of which I ended up loving. Y'all, my wishlist is LONG. Thank you, Maiya!!!

I bought a Fendi watch from Nordstrom that didn’t run, so I assume it had a dead battery. I called Fendi customer service and was instructed to go to the boutique. I went to the boutique, and they recommended that I just pay for a watch repair shop to do it out of pocket myself instead of waiting for it to be shipped, which may take 8 weeks. While they were polite, I didn’t feel like I was helped when the product I just received should have been working. Expected to have consistent information so the customer service could have just told me to do that or someone should have been able to fix it in store or helped me send it off. Hope fixing it myself won’t void the warranty.
