Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Dior (Westfield Valley Fair). I lost the charm that came with my brand-new bag. Initially, the store refused to replace it for free, but offered a complimentary bag cleaning instead, which I accepted. When I returned later, an employee named Daylon helped me and wrote a physical receipt for a free charm replacement because the promised bag cleaning hadn't even been added to my account.
That was back in December, and I was told it would take a month. After following up in person twice with no results, I contacted Dior Customer Care nearly six months later, only to be told to contact this store directly.
The major issue? This location never answers the phone. I left voicemails and received zero callbacks.
The staff here are purely sales-driven—they promise after-care just to make a sale, but that support completely disappears afterward. Constant employee turnover means no one takes accountability for previous promises. Daylon made a clear commitment on paper, but the store has failed to deliver. For a luxury house, this level of poor communication and broken promises is unacceptable. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
For my first time deciding to buy designer in person, I immediately was very disappointed in this experience. The lady at the door did not really give a energetic greeting. She seemed kind of annoyed, which is fine, but you know for such a great presenting luxury store I kind of assume that at least the sales associates would be kind of helpful and I mean he brought me up some pieces. They were very nice. I decided to go with a mini Dior with the bow on it. It was a pink one that was in between a blue one with a bow and a black one with a bow so I assumed the pink would have a bow since that’s what I wanted, and there were some shoes at Nordstrom that matched which I wanted to go by after. When I realized it didn’t have the bow on it, I brought it up because that was a dealbreaker for me and he said “I mean, do you like the bow” and I was like “yeah?” Cus what question is that..and the only thing that I got from Dior that day was some sparkling water didn’t even quench my thirst I genuinely just think this store doesn’t want to make sales not to mention none of the pieces I wanted were even in stock. And he had the audacity to show me some ugly shoes. Nuh uh..
Horrible service, sales associates don't care and are unhelpful
Really lovely SAs both Jin and Leon are so lovely and helped with my questions pre-visit and during my appointment!

The staff is rude and unwelcoming. The store timings show that it closes at 8. But they stop taking walk ins at 7 . I reached around 7:02 and requested them to let me buy a bracelet for my friends bday. Although there were not many people in the line, they did not let me in
