  Made appointment with Serena, there was no one at the bar when I got there. I waited for 5 mins then Jessica showed up and told me Serena is off today. Serena If you’re off today you should take your name off from the website instead of having people confused. Anyway Jessica did my brow, the only one star is for her.

  Sarah was amazing! She really attentive throughout my appointment and took her time to make my eyebrows look perfect! I really appreciated her attention to detai and listening to all my concerns!

  I loved my first brow wax experience with Sara. Prior to my wax, she went over how I wanted my brow shape. Half way through the service, she checked in with me to check if I wanted to make any changes to the shape of my brows. She was also really nice. 10/10

  Jessica H at Macy's Valley Fair is great! She always get my brows looking clean and on point. She is very fast and knows what she is doing. I gave her a try over 2 years ago, then tried another brow bar that was closer to me, but after 2 waxes I came running back to her. Thankfully she was able to save my brows! As long as she is available I will continue to book with her and drive the extra miles over to Valley Fair.
