  The young man, Julian, was extremely kind, patient, and in good spirits. Even though he was being bombarded by orders and customers he kept a smile on his face, worked efficiently to take care of everyone, all the orders. And, was even able to helped me with my issues I was having with the app. I have not been here for 5 years. There have been so many improvements... And, with the app and daily deals we will be frequenting this store now... Thank you for making it a wonderful experience, Julian!

  Horrendous customer service. Manager is useless. He doesn’t know how to honor the subway rewards club. Claims his store doesn’t accept it. He said he doesn’t know how to use his own register. How did he even get this job? I was way overcharged. Bread was stale. Meat was slimy.

  Hay un empleado llamado Víctor que es muy grosero y altanero es la segunda vez que vengo a esta tienda y el trato y servicio es pésimo y desagradable, no volveré a una tienda donde me traten mal, que triste que tengan empleados que no son profesionales y sean altaneros y pongan en mal a la tienda.
