  This is an amazing FedEx print location! There was a printer down in my usual location, so I decided to drive up to Santa Barbara for some quick postcard prints. I called this location first before driving up, and Jessie told me to stop by the store and they'd be happy to help to see if they could print them here quickly. When I arrived, Jessie's colleague Jason helped me throughout the entire printing process. Jason showed me a quick print proof, helped me match my postcards to the coloring I wanted, and was even able to print out both of my postcard file quantities while I was there in the store! Awesome work Jason!!! I'm so glad to have met you today, and I'll definitely swing by for more prints through you guys and FedEx next time I'm in Santa Barbara 🙂

  I went in to print some medical documents at their self help portal. Scanned the QR code. Sent an email with an attachment. And waited. And waited. When I asked the woman at the print counter if there was an alternative to print. She said she would have to charge me extra. There is a reason this location has poor reviews: rigid systems and no customer service. I’d suggest UPS on cliff. You can walk in, email their documents, get personal customer service, and be done by the time you would just figured out the QR code at fed ex
