  I went in to print some medical documents at their self help portal. Scanned the QR code. Sent an email with an attachment. And waited. And waited. When I asked the woman at the print counter if there was an alternative to print. She said she would have to charge me extra. There is a reason this location has poor reviews: rigid systems and no customer service. I’d suggest UPS on cliff. You can walk in, email their documents, get personal customer service, and be done by the time you would just figured out the QR code at fed ex

  Lilly is the most helpful and wonderful person ever!! She packed a present for my 4 year old lGrandson’s birthday like it was hers!! I think she had wings growing out of her back as she helped me ! What an Angel!!🙏

  Stood at the counter no customers waiting , not one employee made eye contact with me or asked if I needed help. Never again will I use FedEx services , I've always went to UPS thought I would try FedEx since I was here never again horrible employees needs to improve drastically!
