Service here sucks. I was here on 12/19/25 at 3:30 for a pick up and was told it's not ready because of the fries. After 5 minutes of waiting, the employee that told me it's not ready was just sitting with a tablet then got up to do the fries that were just sitting in the basked for frying and made me wait the whole time, rather than just frying the fries right away. NO SENSE OF PRIORITY!!! When cat is away, the mouse plays environment. Lazy and irresponsible.

Rating this a two because first them was very slow. Second the man charged my daughter 18 dollars just for a 6 piece tender combo, I couldn’t believe that he charged me that an addition to that he didn’t even give my cup!!!🤬🤬🤬

I placed an online order at 6:00pm
I didn't get my order until 6:40 pm
I walked in the store witch was empty not busy at all , I come in the store around 6:15 the staff in the front told me it would be about 5 minutes before It's ready i mentioned my husband would be going to come inside and get it and they gave our order to someone else we had to wait another whole 20 minutes for a small order of 20 wings
Come home to find out we got the wrong sauce order too over all it was disappointing staff was talking and goofing around only one guy was working really hard trying to be quick while the rest were just standing around .
