I have never experienced such a disappointing level of customer service from UPS. The employees at this location were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in solving even the simplest issue. Every question was met with attitude, lack of knowledge, or complete indifference.

Walked in the store besides no one acknowledging me one lady was standing in front of a register eating takis and licking her fingers this other lady kept fixing boxes and this man finally approached me with the handheld scanner without saying a word just pointing it towards me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER HIRE PEOPLE PERSONs please.

My mom went inside the store first to leave the things in the counter but me, my grandma, and my step grandpa were barley getting inside because my grandma and my step grandpa they walk slow and my mom went back outside because she needed to get my step grandpas phone to scan the code because we were going to return some things from temu we didn't want. Then this lady said she was second in line when she wasn't second then my mom said she was there first and the lady from the line was mocking my mom and was giving her attitude and the women from the counter was just looking at my mom and the other lady didn't say anything soo I was in the back in call with someone then this other worker was telling me to go with her and told me what do I want. I told her i was with my family AND ITS VERY BAD SERVICE AND YALL NEED TO GET NEW WORKERS

I was send one Internet Routers this store I have the shipping label on my phone I showed them the are not want to Scan asked I should pay $4:25 for one page to print out just only for one page $4:25

I visited this location for the first time on February 6th at 11:47 AM, and it was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My mother and I came in with a major issue and genuine questions, but the woman working the counter was incredibly rude and condescending. She made us feel stupid and uneducated just for asking for help.
When we tried to use a machine to print—which had no signs saying 'do not touch'—she actually yelled at us. The situation was so stressful that I had to step away for a moment, and she took that opportunity to be even more disrespectful to my mother while I wasn't there to translate.
Professionalism and patience should be the bare minimum, especially when there is a language barrier, but this employee showed zero human decency. We will never return to this location and I strongly suggest management look into the staff working during this shift.
