  I've stopped by here many times over the years. Sadly, the quality of service is hit or miss. I don't like leaving bad reviews however, I have to share my experience. There's been a few times in the recent past that this location failed me. I had to not only send something back to Amazon but I also had to print out some paperwork. Unfortunately their copy machine is constantly down and they seem to be ok to not want to fix it. Also some of their staff, not sure if it's management or regular employees but some of them are not very professional or welcoming. There's been a few that are very friendly and professional but overall not a very good experience. I do not recommend this location. There are better locations nearby.

  We went to the last minute, they had the register closed. The gentleman was so helpful, he opened the register machine we sent the package. Thenk you so much.

  They don't have a push cart available. So if you have multiple boxes you have to be in out just to bring them in. They use their push cart to move the stuff in the back instead of making it available to the customer. SMH.

  I really had a great experience at the UPS Store in Anaheim. The staff were very helpful, professional, and kind, and they provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Highly recommended!
