They don't have a push cart available. So if you have multiple boxes you have to be in out just to bring them in. They use their push cart to move the stuff in the back instead of making it available to the customer. SMH.

I had a really good experience at this UPS Store in Anaheim. The staff were helpful and patient, and they explained everything clearly. My work was handled quickly without any issues.
