  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional every time I come in. They provide excellent customer service and always make everything quick and easy. I really enjoy coming to this location because everyone is so welcoming and nice. Highly recommend!

  I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this UPS Store and the amazing people who work there! I recently went in to ship my son’s glasses overnight with early delivery to his college. As a parent, you can imagine how stressful it was when the package didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. I was worried and frustrated, but the team at this location immediately stepped in and went into action to help resolve the situation. What meant the most to me was that they didn’t just treat this like another shipment. They genuinely cared, listened to my concerns, and did everything they could to help. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a very stressful situation into one where I felt supported and taken care of. It’s rare to come across customer service like this anymore. Every person I interacted with was friendly, compassionate, and truly committed to helping. Even though the delivery delay was beyond their control, they took the time to help make things right—and I will never forget that. I will absolutely be recommending this UPS Store to my family and friends. They have earned my trust and, without a doubt, a loyal customer for life.
