**To Whom It May Concern,**
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my visit to your Subway restaurant on **July 31 at approximately 12:21 PM**.
From the moment I stepped up to place my order, I felt as though the employees were rushing me through the process rather than providing the level of customer service I have come to expect from Subway. Several basic and standard questions were never asked during my visit. Specifically:
* I was never welcomed or greeted.
* I was never asked if I wanted a drink.
* I was never offered or informed about the **Moana movie meal deal**, nor was I given an opportunity to upgrade my meal.
* I was never asked whether my order was for dine-in or to go.
* I was never asked if I wanted chips, cookies, or any other additional items.
The entire interaction felt rushed and impersonal, as though the employees simply wanted to get me through the line and out of the restaurant as quickly as possible.
What made the experience especially upsetting was that I observed the customer behind me receiving noticeably friendlier and more courteous service. He was greeted, his interaction did not appear rushed, and the employees seemed much more engaged with him than they had been with me.
I am a person with a facial deformity and I am also overweight. While I cannot know for certain why there was such a noticeable difference in the way we were treated, the contrast left me feeling singled out and wondering whether my appearance played a role in the treatment I received. Regardless of the reason, **no customer should leave a restaurant feeling as though they are less deserving of courtesy, attention, or respect than another customer.**
In addition to the poor customer service, I was also disappointed with the quality of my sandwich. It simply did not taste good and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Subway. When combined with the rushed and impersonal service, the poor quality of the food made an already disappointing experience even worse.
I also attempted to address this matter directly with Subway through Facebook. I was told that someone would contact me regarding my concerns. Unfortunately, **no one ever followed up with me**.
I made a genuine effort to give Subway an opportunity to address my experience and resolve the matter. The fact that I was told someone would reach out and then received no follow-up only added to my frustration and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.
As a result of this experience, particularly the lack of follow-up after I specifically reached out for assistance, **Subway has lost my business. I will no longer be dining at Subway and will be taking my business elsewhere.** I am not willing to continue spending my money at a business where I do not feel welcomed, respected, or treated with the same courtesy as other customers.
I believe every customer deserves to receive the same welcoming, respectful, and complete service regardless of their appearance or disability. My experience left me feeling embarrassed, devalued, and unwelcome, and that is not how any customer should feel after visiting a restaurant.
I hope Subway will take this complaint seriously and review what occurred with the employees involved. I also hope appropriate customer-service training will be provided if necessary, with an emphasis on treating every customer fairly, respectfully, and consistently.
Finally, I hope Subway will address the failure to follow up after my original complaint through Facebook. When a customer takes the time to report a legitimate concern and is specifically told that someone will contact them, that customer should be able to expect the promised follow-up.
I am extremely disappointed that my experience reached this point, but I believe Subway should understand why I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. **Every customer deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and valued. My experience did not leave me feeling that way.**

I was in and out of this Subway pretty fast, which I definitely appreciated 😅🥪 There’s honestly nothing better than walking into a sandwich shop and seeing no line at all — it feels like you’ve hit the jackpot! 🙌 But of course, the funny part was standing there watching the only two employees busy making a stack of online orders while I waited lol.
It wasn’t a huge deal, just one of those ironic moments where the place looks empty, yet you’re still waiting because digital orders are taking over 📱😂 Still, once it was my turn, everything moved along smoothly and I got what I needed without too much delay. Quick stop, quick bite, and back to my day! 👍
