  "I was disappointed with my recent experience at your establishment. While I appreciate your business, I have a few concerns: 1. Customer service: I felt that the staff could be more attentive and friendly. 2. Food quality: Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. 3. Restroom facilities: I was surprised to find that the customer restroom was out of order for an extended period. Although employees seemed to be using it, customers were told it was unavailable. I hope you'll consider repairing or cleaning the restroom to provide better amenities for your customers. I hope you'll take my feedback into consideration to improve your customers' experience."
