  Si tuviera opción de no dar ninguna estrella lo haría es pésimo un servicio al cliente muy nefasto a pesar de qué son comunidad latina. No sólo asistir en esta locación sin embargo lo he hecho por tres veces por motivos de qué me queda cerca de las autopistas, sin embargo es la pésima decisión ya que a las tres veces he tenido una experiencia no muy agradable. No siguen indicaciones hacen los que quieren no saben decir gracias. Utilizan vocabulario no apropiado para servicio al cliente me tocó ver cómo tiraban un pedido que les cancelaron ofendiendo a la persona por el teléfono en particular un señor de barba. Mi comentario es basado en las tres ocasiones que ha asistido

  this location needs to fix their crap in the app, because it says they accept coupons and then they don’t, … (I’m gonna start calling out these locations as I find them)

  Terrible customer service with the lady that works nights! Never listen when we order. And anytime we order on Uber food is never toasted and it all is wrong. They have never gotten right in the multiple times we have bought from here.

  Went in today 04/18/26. Everyone was super professional. Old man came in already in a bad mood. Berated the young lady, And also threaten with calling corporate on the workers, due to them helping me after my sandwich came out of the oven. The staff did awesome. 👍
