  Never have i had a problem here. Until today, I just wanted a quick 6 inch sandwich. From the beginning when i asked the worker if there was soup she ignored the question and was being very rude. She proceeded to over explain that i can't get turkey and ham because cheese would be extra to which i said was fine. Even when adding vegetables she was being very standoffish and wouldn’t put pickles before lettuce insisting lettuce HAD to go first. She had very dark drawn on brows and her coworker said her name was “Lucia” although im not sure if it is, she left real quick before i could ask. She was a short Hispanic lady with a horrible attitude. Its not that hard to have decent customer service. If youre gonna be rude dont work in a customer base job.

  If you order through the app and have an area code not from OC, make sure you pick up any phone calls. They think everyone calling from a non-local area code is a scam and won't make your order. My phone flagged their number as spam, so it didn't ring and I they didn't make the sandwiches until I got there and physically showed them my phone with the order. Not a huge deal, I thought, I can make a quick change since I forgot to get them toasted. I asked to get them toasted and they said I couldn't change the order from what I had put in. I will avoid this location in the future. There are other subway locations in the area where I do not have this problem
