I visited subway at around 9:40 a.m. and had a very disappointing experience. I politely asked for a sandwich with bacon and only 3 slices of turkey. The employee seemed unsure and went to the back to get another employee, who told me it was "impossible" to do because the system couldn't ring up only 3 slices of turkey and that they would have to charge for the full portion.
What made this frustrating is that I ordered the exact same sandwich at another Subway the day before with no issues at all. As a customer, I don't understand why such a simple request couldn't be accommodated or why there wasn't any effort to find a solution.
On top of that, the interaction felt unfriendly and dismissive. I believe he was some sort of lead or something he was old had glasses and looked scrawny.
Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me not to return to this location. I hope management works on customer service, consistency between locations, and cleanliness.
