  I made five phone calls to FedEx regarding the fact that I have in my hand ticket that driver must’ve left saying we missed you and we all be happy to get the ticket but we don’t know who this we missed it for this driver has done this over and over again. I’m never gonna call that again because your automated person tells me she’s really happy to help me, but she will not help me with what I’m talking about and just keeps asking a question over and over again so

  They claim to close at 7:00pm and I’m here at 6:40. The girl already has the lights off and doors locked. Maybe they should change the times on their door and Google.

  Got my order wrong after 3 tries. Clueless about print sizes and how to print. Actually told me it was not a matter of “fit to page” vs “Fill page”.

  I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The employee, Ally, was rude and spoke in a condescending manner. Her attitude came across as impatient and unprofessional, making what should have been a simple visit unnecessarily unpleasant. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.
