    Came in to get some laminations. And even though the machine was down the manager Andrew went over and beyond to help and get this done for me. I will be coming back more but wanted to give him a shoutout for excellent customer service. He didn’t have to help but he did and very thankful for that

    Dear fedex, how you set up delivery time? I was waiting delivery required my signature, it was said delivery by 10.30. So i planned my day to be at home till that time, and of course it was NOT delivered and after 10.30 it was changed to “end of the day” you know what, I also have work, I have places I need to be. I can’t sit the whole day home waiting for. Give reasonable 2/3 hours window which your drives are able to follow! And it wasn’t the first time, but today you really ruined my day with this incompetence!

    I don't understand why the staff here basically refuse to help customers. Doesn't matter if you want a receipt, how much you're holding, if its obviously too huge or visibly heavy to go in the drop box, if you don't want to toss it in the drop box because its fragile or valuable or just a complete theft risk.... They just tell you to scan it yourself or leave it on the counter. If you actually need a label made or help with anything they act completely exasperated and annoyed. There is no surface to put boxes at the self scan kiosk so after being told to just leave packages on the counter unattended, I told them I need a receipt, and they told me to just use the kiosk. I set down my packages on their counter like they said, including a very heavy and huge box, and the lady working kept repeatedly saying over to me, use the iPad! Use the iPad! Yeah, but there is literally nowhere to put them unless I walk back and forth so what was I supposed to do except set them down VERY briefly. It was like she was panicking that I might make her scan them at the computer made for scanning packages. She then passive aggressively explained how to use the machine and when I said, I know how it works, I just wanted to hand my packages to a person, she literally just walked away without saying anything. Not to mention that if you do leave a package on the counter when they tell you to, they don't retrieve it for a while and expect you to walk out of the store with it still out in the open where anyone could walk in and grab it because they aren't paying attention at all. The kiosk box is also completely unsecured and anyone can remove packages from it by simply reaching in. Mind you, if I use the kiosk or leave it on the counter there is no trail of it being accepted by a staff member if something goes wrong or it goes missing, which is a huge liability for customers. I use this store a lot and they are always dismissive, rude, and leave you standing around or waiting forever in line without acknowledging that you need help. Props to 1 employee who actually helps and is very friendly, love when he is working, but he is literally the only one.

    Very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office. I came in to return a pair of Lululemon shoes. Lululemon customer service specifically told me I could bring the shoes in and FedEx would handle the packing and shipping for the return-free of charge! However, an employee named Laura (blue bangs) insisted the original Lululemon shoebox was “not strong enough” and told me I had to purchase a new box. I was charged $11.46 for something that should not have been necessary. What’s frustrating is that the shoes were originally delivered to me in that same shoebox — meaning it was obviously strong enough to ship through the mail in the first place. This felt less like customer service and more like being pressured into buying extra supplies. The entire return should have been quick and straightforward, but instead I left feeling taken advantage of. I will not be returning to this location.

    Why can't every FedEx location be the same?? This place is nothing like my friendly Foothill Ranch location. I came in to see a long line and about FIVE employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves and ignoring the line. I was there for 5 minutes waiting and wondering if I should leave and find another location until they finally decided to do their jobs and start working on the line. When it came to me, the employee simply shrugged me off, gave me some brief instructions, and let me go. I was left to figure out what to do on my own but luckily I was ok and didn't need any help because I'm sure it would have just pissed me off and infuriated me even further. I won't be back. Next time, I need any of FedEx's services I'll find another location.
