    Nightnare courier service! This rude DHL US delivery driver who handled my documents was severely delayed, I was outside and saw him outside my door , then he hand over me a DHL envelope that was very dirty, with blood, mud and shoe foot prints! Not happy! Go elsewhere!

    Subject: Sincere appreciation for outstanding service today - SNA DHL Operations Dear DHL Operations Team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to your team at the SNA operations location, with a special call-out to Elsa and our local Irvine dhl delivery courier person. Today, your team successfully delivered a critical document that had a strict, time-sensitive deadline. Due to a missed connection, the delivery almost did not happen. However, instead of returning the package to the station, the team went above and beyond. They coordinated seamlessly to make a second attempt and successfully got the document into my hands today. Elsa's exceptional coordination and the Irvine courier's person willingness to re-route their day made all the difference. This level of dedication turned a stressful situation into a massive relief. Thank you all for your professionalism, hustle, and incredible customer service. You truly saved the day! Best regards.

    Hace 9 días que pagué por un "servicio express" mi paquetería sigue sin llegar a su lugar de destino, la fecha compromiso era el 28 de mayo, luego lo cambiaron a 1ro de abril, hoy ni fecha aparece en el rastreo. Pésimo servicio y tan caro que cobran para no cumplir

    I had a friend call me from out of the country for an emergency. I had to ship medication a.s.a.p. and Theresa was so patient and kind and helped me with all the paperwork that was necessary. I really appreciated all her help and understanding, THANK YOU Theresa!! If I was able to give you 10 stars I would, you are the best!

    I had a very disappointing experience with Elsa at DHL. I have been coming to this location for years, and unfortunately the rules and instructions seem to change every time. One time they say only one print is needed, another time they say two prints are required. There is no consistency, and it creates unnecessary problems for customers. This time, I was told by the drop-off location that SDS documents needed to be printed,and I printed one , I was fully willing to pay any printing or service fees required. Despite that, Elsa refused to help, refused to print the label/documents, and my package was not sent. What made the experience even worse was her attitude and the way she treated customers. The behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. If any manager reads this review, I hope you address this issue with Elsa and make sure customers are treated with basic respect and professionalism.
