  I came in on a Monday afternoon at 6 trying to get food for me and my girlfriend I walk in and there’s a lady with piercings who takes my order and is very rude and she took my order it also took 35 minutes to get the food and on top of that forgets items with my food would come get food again but hate the customer service and don’t like the attitude they began with need to learn how to deal with customers.

  This is a very good Wingstop location. I travel all the way from fresno just to come here because I do not like the fresno locations. I don’t have any complaints about this location and thank you for always getting my order correct and in a timely manner.

  They really need to improve their customer service, employees are making jokes and laughing like crazy in the back (which I don't have any problem if you are not making orders) and later messing up with the orders. They missed some items in my order, and I had two drive two times back and forth to my house, and they want me to drive a 3rd time to make my order right and I refused. So Im just not coming back to this location. They really really need to be professional and learn more customer service skills.

  I usually order online from here and it's always good but this time wasn't. The wings are usually pretty saucy but this time it has little to no sauce at all. I'm disappointed.

  We have gotten wings here without any sauce on half of my order. It has happened twice unfortunately. Never going to this wing stop again.
