  Came in to this ups location on 1022 Boulevard, We needed to ship our son’s framed jersey across the country, and Sebastian provided outstanding service from start to finish. He made my wife and me feel completely confident that the glass frame would arrive home safely and in one piece. Professional, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process, we truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend Sebastian!

  Exceptional customer service from Josy at UPS! She was incredibly efficient, fast, and answered every single one of my questions with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone who makes the whole process so easy while keeping such a positive and welcoming energy. Honestly, UPS is lucky to have someone like Josy — great smile, great attitude, and top-tier service. Thank you again for making my day easier!

  The people working here were not very friendly or helpful during my visit. I wasn’t sure how the Amazon return process worked, so I was expecting a little guidance. Unfortunately, the three employees I interacted with seemed more focused on their phones and personal messages than assisting customers. This is not my first experience like this at this location. Unfortunately, it’s the closest Amazon drop-off for me, but I would definitely recommend coming here with patience. Customer service could be much better.

  Please be aware if you have a package of any size delivered from out of state or in state, don’t be caught off guard. I just picked up a package from Indiana, my husband paid $44 dollars at the time of shipping. I came to pick it up and I was charged $10 for quote ( Hold for Pickup) that’s what the women told me, the package arrived yesterday evening, I called. I notified them I would be coming to pick up today, no one ever mentioned a fee for holding a package. FYI they don’t have any notification stating such fees. Very unprofessional and spoke to me as if, I wasn’t anyone. When in fact I was a customer, I understand this places are franchise however that’s a rip off, lack of professionalism. All be using a UPS anywhere but San Ysidro Ca!

  Josy provides exceptional service. As a paraplegic and wheelchair user, it can be difficult for me to retrieve my mail and packages. She goes out of her way to bring them directly to me. Josy's kindness, professionalism and willingness to help truly makes a difference.
