  I had an unfortunate experience with Wingstop in San Ramon. In the app, Pleasanton was clearly selected, and even after placing the order, it still showed Pleasanton. Yet the order went to San Ramon. Pleasanton’s manager remade it (I paid again) and sent me to San Ramon for a refund. San Ramon’s response: unprofessional. No greeting, just “hello.” When I asked for the manager, I was told “hold on” or “5 or 10 minutes,” then hung up on repeatedly. I still have no resolution or refund. This lack of service is unacceptable and must be corrected by management

  At 7:30 pm on a Monday, 3/2, they told us we couldn’t order at the register (no reason was given) and that we had to order via DoorDash pickup. It’s a great way to add more fees to your customers and create a very awkward customer experience!
