  Amazon return - the box was not taped shut, so staff charged me $5 for 5 inches of tape. I Didn't think about going next door to the dollar store for a $1 roll of tape, live and learn.

  Location is convenient with plenty of parking. Person at the counter is efficient, however, the past couple of times using happy returns, the scanner was not working. It took a few moments to help identify which product matches with what I was returning. In the meantime, the line grew 4-5 people deep behind me.

  Super friendly, courteous staff and very efficient, they are faster than any customer service center or retail center I have visited and very clean place.

  Great customer service experience.Clerk 179466 was so pleasant and helpful.She was careful with the items that I am shipping.She explained every detail to me and she helped me in answering the questions digitally. This really made my morning delightful. I'll be coming here all the time.

  Out of the many UPS locations in this area, I exclusively come to to this one only because of DJ. She stands out for her kind nature. Her warmth and calming energy create a welcoming atmosphere that puts you at peace the moment you walk in. People like DJ are rare. She transforms a simple errand into a truly pleasant experience.
