  Met probably the same lady that other reviewer commented about, rude as hell couldn’t take my package while I was at counter telling me to go to drop off.

  I come here to print documents and the printers have always worked great and no issues. I also coke here a few times a month to pick my packages instead of missing it at home. It's been convenient,with an attentive staff to boot.

  Wow, such a night-and-day difference between the Pleasanton store and the San Ramon location! I went to this one after my horrible experience at the Pleasanton FedEx Office store, and my experience here is consistent like the previous visits. Workstations are always available, and if I don't need them (which I didn't), the printers are also available. I decided to go home after my awful experience at the Pleasanton location and just work on my document there since the San Ramon location is pretty close. After getting that done, I saved a copy of my document on my phone, drove to the San Ramon location, and then went to the printer to retrieve my document with the retrieval code method. Once that was done, I got a folder to put my documents in, waited briefly for an employee to check me out, and the manager was quite friendly too, unlike the other manager at the Pleasanton location. Great service also came with great value, as the prints aren't expensive, and neither was the folder! I will keep coming back to this location; I should not have gone to the other one because it was closer at the time.

  Dana was amazing! She was able to track down my package and went out of her way to check the cameras when no one else could give me an answer.
