  5 star service from Calvin and Malcolm getting an order squared away on a holiday. My nearest store was closed and this was worth the drive.

  The assistant manager Ashley has got to be the rudest and farthest from good customer service as you can possibly get. I don’t know how she was given this role. I will not ever be shipping when she is working. She treats people with such disrespect it is unreal.

  Called customer service, spent 20 mins trying to explain a bot why I need to talk to a human. Gave up and went to USPS

  Not quite sure what all the bad reviews are about. I’ve never had a bad experience at this facility. I had to drop off and get 2 items returned to Amazon today and I had great customer service. My whole experience took less than 3 minutes. David assisted me and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
