  The older Latino lady is rude. She just screamed at a customer for taking more than two napkins when he bought a sandwich meal. Wow. She even followed him outside yelling they had a policy for only two napkins. Wow. Just wow.

  Took a chance booking this for a big work dinner and it ended up being one of the best evenings I've organised in a while. The staff handled our group of nine with proper professionalism — booking went smoothly, table was set up beautifully, and everyone was looked after the whole time. The food was consistently excellent across the table, with multiple people coming back for seconds of dishes that surprised them. Our server was warm and patient with our chaos. The bill was easy to split and very reasonable for what we put away. Already pencilled in for our next big work event. Top spot for these

  Booked it for an awkward 'thank you' dinner with my old boss and it absolutely saved the evening. Place has a comfortable warmth that puts people at ease, food gave us easy talking points, server's timing was textbook. Bill was very fair. Saved me from what could've been a stilted night. Genuinely useful place.

  Much better subway than most. Order online and pick up. Right off 101, thats that's nice. About twice as good and more healthy than in and out buggers.

  We placed an online order via website for 5 sandwiches and received a confirmation email that they would be ready at 11:50am. My wife went to pick them up and the person behind the counter said that they did not have any record of it. She showed them the confirmation email and the tracking number but the counter person did not want to have anything to do with it and would not make the sandwiches to correct the issue. We got charged for the transaction and currently notifying our bank to cancel the transaction. We will NOT be patronizing this location any longer and got awesome sandwiches down the road at Scotty Market (Deli). Beware.
