  I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Subway. I ordered an Italian Herbs & Cheese sandwich, and the bread was extremely hard and dry. It honestly felt like I was eating a piece of stale bread that had been sitting there for days. After they toasted it, it became even worse — it was almost impossible to chew. I understand that toasted bread can get a little crispy, but this was not normal. The quality was unacceptable, and it ruined the entire sandwich. Subway needs to make sure they are using fresh bread and not serving customers old bread that turns into a rock after being toasted.
