  Showed up this morning 4/3/16 at 9.10am only to find it was closed, even though it's supposed to be open. Spent about half hour trying to get through to FedEx Customer Service on the phone only to be told by a customer representative with an almost unintelligible accent that they could not file a complaint. I would have expected at least some sort of notice of apology on the door. If there were some sort of emergency then I understand but what gives?

  I have overall found the staff and management to be quite accommodating, good at what they do, and able to communicate the project completion times they are facing. NEVER had the sort of negative experiences reviewed below. I do a lot of work here- all printing. 8x11, and over sized. Is it always perfect? is anything? Yes they do get busy. The biz model is not always "drop in" friendly due to their work load, but i order jobs on the website and they do the work within a day- no complaints.
