  Matt and Mackenzie are the absolute best!! 💐✨ Super helpful and amazing people. They made my print job a breeze and made the visit very enjoyable overall. Can’t say enough good things, especially after a super not great experience at a UPS store. Lesson learned FedEx all the way and this store specifically! You guys rock 🤘 🐈🌿🫶🫡🏄🏼‍♀️🌊🫶💚💗💯🤩

  The staff here at this FedEx is fantastic!! Today, Shaine, helped me to send back a chair that was a big cause of frustration. She made the process so easy and she was so pleasant that my frustration went away. Every time I come here the staff is so kind and helpful that I make it a point to come here whenever I need a FedEx. They really are the best!! P.s. Do NOT purchase Modani furniture, they are a scam

  Gigantic store - ONE EMPLOYEE!!!! Long line. Self service fax doesn’t work. Waiting forever for employee to fax my papers for me. Behind the counter fax doesn’t seem to work either. But employee went away to help everyone else. Crazy to only have one employee.

  If I could give less than one star I would. First off, the computer didn't work (which is also connected to the scanner), every time I went to turn on the computer it would automatically turn off. I am unsure how many times you have to ask for help from the woman at the counter (she is in her mid-forties with dark curly hair). She was too busy gossiping with her friend to pay attention to her paying customers. I am very surprised with the sheer lack of customer service and complete disrespect she had, seemed like any customer who needed anything was an inconvenience for her. All I had was the simple task of printing and scanning and I was unable to do so. I Left the store paying ten dollars in charges and nothing to show for it. I will never go back here and I will make sure to let everyone know how horrible their customer service is.
