  Make orders here if you want to waste half an hour of your day when you're in a rush, the other FedEx location was happy to look through the print jobs to see if the job I was picking up for a co-worker was there, but the guy here refused. Not only that but when I came back, the order was actually under the right name, and his higher up told him " next time before you send the customer away or let him leave, talk to me because this job was right in front of us the whole time." It was idiotic and completely unnecessary. Dude was super unhelpful, and there was absolutely no reason that I couldn't have been in and out of there in a few seconds.

  I’ve been separated from my wife and step-children in England due to the war in Ukraine and subsequent refugee crisis. I’m missing my stepdaughter’s birthday. I sent her a package and it got lost and I lost the tracking number. I was a wreck. I went in for help, crying, and they managed to do a LOT of sleuth work to find it for me and get it delivered. The man helping me was so gentle and kind with me, he had no idea why this package was so important to get delivered. Just wanted to publicly say thank you.
