  Easy and convenient and excellent customer service. FedEx doesn’t deliver to a P.O. Box and that’s my only complaint.

  Make orders here if you want to waste half an hour of your day when you're in a rush, the other FedEx location was happy to look through the print jobs to see if the job I was picking up for a co-worker was there, but the guy here refused. Not only that but when I came back, the order was actually under the right name, and his higher up told him " next time before you send the customer away or let him leave, talk to me because this job was right in front of us the whole time." It was idiotic and completely unnecessary. Dude was super unhelpful, and there was absolutely no reason that I couldn't have been in and out of there in a few seconds.

  OMG. The staff here is dangerously rude, and shockingly unaware of words that come out of their mouths. I just witnessed an argument amongst the staff and then they took the same attitude towards me and other customers including a gentleman who didn’t speak good English. I would never set a foot in this “rude” store.

  Very bad experience with Pat. Don’t like to complain, but it was a Long wait and on top of it I’ll have to go to the kinkos by my house for help.
