  Shipped hundreds of dollars worth of stuff here to assist with moving. One of my boxes got damaged and they are now barely just telling me that they don't insure damaged packages due to their mishandling (the UPS drivers literally threw my boxes into the truck despite the box having multiple "fragile" stickers on it). I barely got away with getting the only item that wasn't completely destroyed shipped to me after expressing some frustration. I guess it's better than nothing.

  I love this group of people--especially the girls. Easily my favorite UPS Store location! Quick, clean, & convenient location w/ easy drop off/pick up. I always leave w/ a smile & a shorter to-do list. Thank you & the fabulous manager that clearly makes it a wonderful place to work...the staff retention rate is actually insane‍.

  I have several UPS options, but I choose this one. This UPS is efficient and their staff is helpful.

  They work extremely efficient. The Manager has been doing a Stellar-Performance, since i have been using their services back to 2012(?). Her next in line of management is doing a fantastic job: her composure is very serious and “Business Only.” However, i try to make her laugh and sometimes she does!! As a write this Fantastic-Stellar Review, i realize that i am that way, too. They are an Excellent-Team and work hard to make your transactions Quick and Precise. Thank You!! Christopher Los Angeles
