    The only reason I give a 3 stars is the ladies that help me a gew time seem to be having a bad they they were really rude I was having a bit of trouble with a QR code and the 2 at the register got really mad I keep apologizing but the faces wow! I thought they were ready to slap me silly in comparison to the guys I dealt with yesterday 8/28/26 they were just nice and did their jobs with a smile 😃

    Melissa does not believe in customer service. Please have management retrain her in what her ultimate purpose is at UPS. Melissa is pictured in the background in case there is more than one Melissa at this location.
