  Whenever I called this office, I was met with rude associates. I had a problem a few months back with something and found out they did not take care of it. When I called to find out, I was met with a bad attitude and pure Rudeness. I finally switch my insurance last week and ended up saving hundreds of dollars! I was being overcharged. Maybe it was a fluke, but do you research And possibly Steer clear Of this office if you need actual help.

  I had a very serious accident and not only did they refuse to acknowledge their error on my policy, I am still paying for the vehicle 3 years later! Do not trust this company's employees.

  Our family resides in San Pedro CA for over 50 years. My insurace needs for my cars and residences were always protected by insurance companies such as Farmers, AAA, Mercury..... We had the best experience with Allstate that is located in San Pedro. Michael Nevins, the owener , is really down to earth, nice guy, who quickly takes a personal interest and tries to protect you with appropriate insurance. His office and staff is always accessible... and quick to solve any claims and problems. If you need a good agency and protection, check them first! MDD
