  Understaffed and have to wait in line for ages. I used one of their chairs to sit on while in line due to a disability. When it was my turn, there was no apology for the wait, and instead told me to put the chair back which I had left in case someone else needed to use it 🤦‍♀️

  Joseph was great. He helped me with a shipment and he held the store open two minutes past the actual closing time thank you, Joseph.

  First of all, I’m really disappointed with this store for many reasons. I went to return my package and paid the fee they asked for to create the label. Two days later, the package got sent back to my home. I brought it back, and they said all the shipping info was correct, and they would process it again. To my surprise, it’s now been over a month and no one there seems to know how to fix it. All they told me was I had to file a claim for my lost package, but nothing’s been done. The package was expensive and I’m really frustrated because no one seems to care. They just blame each other. I don’t recommend this place. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

  😁 I HAD GOT OUT OF WORK AND I WAS TIRED BUT JOSEPH HELPED MY EVENING BE SO MUCH BETTER😇. HE HELPED MAKE COPIES FOR ME.IM SORRY I DIDNT GET THE OTHER YOUNG LADY'S NAME BUT SHE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS REGARDING PASSPORT SERVICES. I APPRECIATE THEM SO MUCH SINCE I AM PARTIALLY DISABLED AND NEED ASSISTANCE.THEY BOTH GAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KINDNESS TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING🤩. THANKYOU SO MUCH JOSEPH AND THE OTHER YOUNG LADY WORKING THERE ON 4/20/26 FOR MAKING MY LIFE BETTER.🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
