  😁 I HAD GOT OUT OF WORK AND I WAS TIRED BUT JOSEPH HELPED MY EVENING BE SO MUCH BETTER😇. HE HELPED MAKE COPIES FOR ME.IM SORRY I DIDNT GET THE OTHER YOUNG LADY'S NAME BUT SHE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS REGARDING PASSPORT SERVICES. I APPRECIATE THEM SO MUCH SINCE I AM PARTIALLY DISABLED AND NEED ASSISTANCE.THEY BOTH GAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KINDNESS TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING🤩.   I feel extremely disappointed because my package was stolen and now they're calmly telling me they closed my case because they didn't have my address, even though everything was clearly detailed in the app and it still shows up. received a message saying it was out for delivery, but it's a lie. How can they steal what someone buys? The company I buy from uses this method to ship orders, and they've stolen my order. I demand my package back. It's a cream and a perfume. I work hard to pay for my things; it's not fair that I'm being robbed like this. I demand that my order be returned
