    i’m not the type to write bad reviews and usually i give customer service workers the benefit of the doubt because i know what it’s like to work in fast food, but this is some of the worst customer service i’ve ever had i accidentally placed my order for 1pm and that was my bad i take accountability but i didn’t realize till i checked my email once i was already in store and trying to figure out what was wrong because the lady wasn’t really helping me much and when i had previously checked on the app it said “ready”, i tell the lady that i had a pickup order and she just says “i don’t have an order with that name are you sure u placed it to the right store?” which i was 100% sure i did but i had left my phone in the car so i went to get it and double checked i even showed her and showed her that the app said ready she again shakes her head and goes to check her system, she asks for my name which i had already told her before and so i show her my phone to show that it was the right name she has a smirk on her face and says “i asked for your name” i find that extremely rude and snarky so i tell her “that’s what im showing you” she didn’t even try to resolve the issue or try to figure out what was wrong she just stared at me and again like i said yes it was my mistake but the way she went about it was just rude! i felt like she was trying to make me feel stupid instead of trying to work out the issue i ended up walking out, They really need to work on their customer service.

    Imagine going into a subway just to get a sandwich and you Walk in in one of the workers is playing with her hair over the food she started making the person sandwich in front of me and didn’t even change her glove. She was dealing with on her food. Meanwhile another lady was sitting there in the doorway to the where the employees are eating her food and then there was a Line forming and she just jumped up and started making sandwiches not even washing her hands. I literally turned around and walked out.🤮 I had to drive all the way to Emeryville where my house was because they are way cleaner never again while I walk into this Food chain
