  Sally was manning the store alone and when I came up to the counter to do my returns, the first thing she said to me was "How many are there?". She did not want to scan my codes due to the following reasons: "she was in a hurry", "she was alone", "there are other customers in the store", I had "too many items". When I pointed out that processing returns was a service that their store offered and that I would like to avail of, she said ok to a few items "maximum 3", and to the last item she made sure to say "okay last one". She also said that technically she was supposed to help this other customer and I said I would gladly wait while she did -- the customer's email had not gone through yet so Sally could not attend to that customer anyway. If the store's customer traffic is too much for one person to manage, then the store should look at having more than one person staffed. Or reduce the services they offer. Or make a clear policy that returns should be self-service.

  The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful with the questions I had about packing my package. I was also in and out of there within 3 minutes.

  Alex was the most helpful person I have ever worked with. He honestly deserves a raise. I had a package issue and my sender talked to him on the phone for about an hour on a merged customer service call and Alex did everything he could to assist with the package.

  The Chinese lady was extremely unhelpful and charged three dollars for the taping. We are in other places, and they simply assist us in placing it in a sticky plastic bag with the labels on top of the box. I will not to this place again.
